Membership 会员资格

Application for XE DESIGN is open to those residing in Malaysia aged 18 and above. However, approval of membership is subject to the discretion of the Management of XE DESIGN The management of XE DESIGN has the right to decline any individual Member status or to terminate a Member’s membership at its discretion without prejudice.Individuals who wish to join XE DESIGN as a Member must first complete the online registration form either on the XE DESIGN website (www.xedesign.com.my) XE DESIGN member is entitled to only 1 account (Online Member Account).

Payment 付款

For top-ups using cash or cheque deposit or interbank funds transfer, Members are required to save/take a photo of the receipt/statement as jpeg file and upload it to us via your Account Web Page or Email to info@xedesign.com.my it to XE DESIGN along with the bank-in receipt / statement as proof of deposit.

使用现金或支票存款或银行间资金转帐，会员必须将收据/对账单的照片保存/拍摄为jpeg文件，然后通过您的帐户网页或通过电子邮件将其上传到我们，电子邮件地址是info@xedesign.com.my，并发送到XE 与银行收据/对账单一起，以作为存款证明。

Product Refund / Reimbursement 产品退款/报销

If you are not satisfied with any product, please e-mail Customer Service within 2 working days of receiving your order. Please include your Member number, order number and reason for dissatisfaction. If you have not received your order within the specified delivery time, please contact Customer Service (FEEDBACK) not later than 2 working days from the date of the specified delivery time. Our Customer Service department will review your complaint and work with you to meet your expectations..

However, we are not responsible for typing, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the artwork/document creation process. In an effort to keep costs down and pass those savings along to our customers, XE DESIGN does not review artwork/documents for content or spelling.

Limitation of Liability 责任范围

XE DESIGN will not be liable in contract or in tort (including negligence) to the customer for incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or resulting from anybody’s performance or nonperformance of our obligations. XE DESIGN shall not be liable to anyone for any kind of financial losses, cost, expenses, damages and/or other economic damages. The Buyer agrees that the Buyer will not hold XE DESIGN responsible for any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages (including legal costs) on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against XE DESIGN and its affiliated company (S) on grounds alleging that the said work violates any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or is scandalous, or invades any person’s right to privacy or other personal rights.

Cancellations and Refunds 取消和退款

XE DESIGN and its affiliated company will not refund any money for the orders that were shipped or were cancelled after the order was being processed.
